We’d like to take a moment to explain our shipping policy. Shipping charges are based on destination and weight. Some car parts like master cylinders are small but weigh a lot.Other parts like bumpers are large but don’t weigh very much. So, if you buy just a master cylinder, although the box is small, the shipping charge is based on actual weight. But if you buy bumpers, the charge is based on the dimensional weight (the size of the box),which is greater than the actual weight.Now comes the tricky part.Website shopping carts have trouble understanding that more than just a bumper will fit in that large box. If you order several parts, the cart might calculate your shipping charge based solely on the amount of items ordered and their individual weights. The cart can’t take into consideration that our shipping team are masters at getting the most into that (bumper) box, and since it’s dimensional weight is already pretty high, we can add several parts without adding to the cost. In short, we try to pack and ship the most cost-effective way for you. It is our policy that we do not make a profit off our shipping. If we can ship your purchase for less than the cart calculated and charged, we will refund you the difference after covering our costs (including packaging).PayPal refunds can come within 24 hours. Credit card refunds take up to two (2) business days. We refund via the same method you used to check out and do not offer refunds by cash or check. You don’t need to do anything to get these refunds. It is our normal operating policy and is done automatically. We ask that you have patience and faith in the system we have in place and save your phone calls in this regard.

Placing An Order Online
At the end of your checkout process, you'll see a confirmation page notifying you that your order is being processed. We encourage you to print this message for your records. When you’ve completed checking out online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can check the status of your order by visiting the "Order Status" section at the bottom of the website. Your order will normally ship within 24 hours.
Sales Tax Information
If you live in Oregon, you are in luck. Oregon does not have a sales tax!
Order Totals & Backorder Charges
The order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered, plus shipping and handling, discounts, coupons and any applicable taxes charged. Sometimes the invoice total included in your package may vary if an item becomes unavailable or goes on backorder. Taxes, shipping and handling or charges are adjusted according to the actual items shipped. Your credit card will only be charged for the items that are shipped.
Check the offer disclaimers carefully. Sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at reduced prices. If you believe you haven’t received the correct price on a product, please contact Customer Care for assistance within 7 days of your purchase. Please note that there are certain items where discounts do not apply. You can find these product exclusions on the product description pages.
GIFT CARD RETURN:
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Damaged Package & Damaged or Incorrect Parts:
If a package arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to report the damage and file a claim at the time of delivery. Please inspect all parts in your shipment and let us know within 10 days if anything is damaged or appears to be incorrect. Call Scott or Mackenzie at 855-914-4897 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your invoice number and images of damaged parts. Returns will be accepted for up to
90 days. No cash refunds will be issued after 90 days but instead will be compensated with a gift card or coupon code for our site.
Return of Partial Kits & Bundles:
You get the greatest discount when you purchase our kits and bundles. If you return a part of kit/bundle, you will not get full retail value of the part(s) back. Your refund will be calculated based on the overall discount of the kit or bundle and the returned item’s value within them. The only way to get a full refund is to return the entire kit or bundle.
Cancellations & Other Returns:
Upon your request, we can cancel unshipped orders and issue a refund immediately. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment, excluding the shipping charge, as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you. If you ordered too many parts or no longer need them, we accept returns without charging a restocking fee. All
returned parts must be undamaged, unused, and resalable. Return shipping is the
responsibility of the customer.

taste of our rubber, we accept returns without charging a restocking fee within 6 months of purchase. All returned parts must be undamaged, unused, and resalable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
