Ian Karr recorded a video on the installation of the front control arm bushings to help make things easier for you. You will need to buy threaded rod a few nuts and washers (shipping costs make this more expensive than it needs to be so it makes more sense to just have you get these locally).
Also, don't forget the Softsoap to lubricate them.

This is what the tool should look like once you have the threaded rod, nuts, and washers from the hardware store.
